Talented, forward-looking healthcare leader passionate about providing effective solutions to the growing dysfunction within the American health delivery system. The formulation of the Salutem integrated health model is based around the necessary repairs required in current administration and delivery of services in health insurance, clinical and hospital systems.
Seasoned Healthcare Provider.
Serving patients for 25 years, Dr. Schroeder is President and founder of Robert Schroeder DC, LLC, an Indianapolis based sports performance and wellness center with over 13,000 patient files. His destination center of excellence combines chiropractic, athletic training, sports performance and strength training, massage and physical therapy, nutritional counseling, and state of the art rehabilitation and performance equipment.
Leader in his Field.
Dr. Schroeder’s clientele includes high performance individuals from the motorsports industry, the elite amateur and professional athlete, as well as the general public. Strategic Thinker and Innovator.
Dr. Schroeder has an innate ability to see the big picture and ‘connect the dots’. Through substantive feedback regarding the self-insured healthcare customer experience from his many corporate executive relationships, he has gained significant insights regarding the financial burdens of the current healthcare delivery system, as well as the inherent weaknesses in a model focused around sickness rather than health. As a result, he founded Salutem Health Group, LLC to create an efficient solution to the major crisis in the delivery of primary healthcare.
Rob’s career includes acting as a consultant and advisory board member to multiple organizations and corporations in the athletic and health care areas. A 1988 graduate of the University of Windsor (Ontario, Canada), receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics, he continued his studies and completed his Master’s course work in exercise/cardiac physiology. Rob graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College-West in 1993.
